I actually think this will end up being good for the Chargers. They have to think they can't rely on the Broncos to continue to lose (though they probably will keep losing cause their D stinks and they are just hurt).

I know that fans never like the prevent defense, but when you're up 10 points with less than 10 minutes to play and your opponent is on its own 7, you probably want to back off into a zone for a play or two.

On another note, Winslow is a phucking fraud. He's one of those really talented guys who puts up good stats but never comes through in the clutch. For examples, see his fumble and his dropped pass on 4th down tonight. Winslow and the Browns defense were the reasons the Donks won tonight.

The Donks really do suck. I still can't believe they stole that game from us in Week 2.

 

Just finished watching the game....... Wow, did that Browns defense remind me of the Charger defense at its worst!?. That guy McDonald at right corner. He is Sammy Davis in disguise, I swear to God that is Sammy.

My oh my does he suck. Not only does he get beat all the time, when Cuddler throws him the ball he volleyballs it. And what about the LB Jackson, can't tackle, can't catch the ball, looks a whole lot like Wilhelm.

This was a game the Donkeys should have lost only the team they were playing were just that bit more incompetent on defense.

Onto KC, let's kick some *** sunday.

 

He's a horrible coach and after watching last night he'll be fired at the end of the year.

That and Winslow is just a dumbass. On the bright side the Broncos are crap and suffered more injuries last night. The Burner Turner is going to go nuts against that defense next week.

How many games have I watched where the Donks just get lucky as hell?

:yes: Romeo was fine as a DC. But it's obvious he needs to get back to just doing that 1 job. As BSSB pointed out, and as the announcers showed last night, that 93 yd td pass to Royal was the result of being in the wrong defense. It's not like Denver was running the ball effectively enough to beat you. Back your guys off a little and don't leave your worst cb on an island like that.

Quinn's performance was impressive, but probably more the result of a pathetic Broncos D than anything else.

 

All I know is I am glad it was Denver and not San Diego that had to play. And wtf? Cleveland coulda done something - a hail mary or something but instead just watched the clock tick and handed the Donkos a primetime game.
OH! and how in the world are we worse than the Donkey D? They really look like ****, freakin terrible. I didn't think we looked that bad but I guess that is my bias.

 

They probably can't believe they are in first place. They could very easily be 2-5, but they have caught a lot of breaks.
