Torry Holt and Isaac Bruce (of the St. Louis Rams) didn't do much, and the drive that almost got ugly was stopped by a 79-yard fumble return by Marlon McCree.

This week will be different from all others with Shawne Merriman and Shaun Phillips out. We as a defense have to do a little more, like we always do in adverse times. It will be a physical battle that we should win; our preparation throughout the week has been good and our defensive game plan is solid. We will give a lot of different looks this week to confuse Charlie Frye, a quarterback who likes to look where he throws.
