The quake was just downgraded to a 5.4 and the actual epicenter was just South of Chino Hills.

Several aftershocks, largest being a 3.6.

Banged us around pretty good here in OC. Our San Bernardino office shook for nearly 3 minutes. No structural damage, but lots of toppled books and broken glass.

Was a light shock, then a wave like motion for a good 30seconds and then another light one. Being on the 8th floor the motion was very much like being on a ship.

Everyone and thing seems to be fine here

Our building in La Jolla was moving for a good 20-30 secs. Mother nature gave SoCal a forearm shiver.

I felt a gentle rocking out in East County. Barely noticed it, and it wasn't unpleasant.

My family in east county SD felt just about the same. My dad said the computer chair he was sitting in swayed ever so slightly.

I work in Anaheim next to the river and was probaly 7 or 8 miles from where they say epicenter was at a guess.

Heard a loud bang and rumble and then the shaking started. we had a few things topple from high shelves but luckily they were rolls of foam packing:lol:

I would say it didn't last longer than 90 secs to 2 mins tops where I was. my kid thought it was cool

We were outside, on my Mom's patio, in the North Park section of San Diego.

I felt my chair shaking a little, someone yelled, "Earthquake!".:icon_eek:

It was like someone was shaking my patio chair. We all looked at the hummingbird feeder, which was swinging.

Some over-sensitive car alarms went off.:bolt:

    Slept right thru it.

Woke up to the screams of terror of the hosts on MSNBC. I thought for a second 9/11 had happened all over again. The I saw it was nothing but a small quake, so I went back to sleep.
