Edwards extends himself in victory

    <font class="newstext"> Donnie Edwards limped away from the locker room, a smile on his face, the pain eased by a victory. </font>

    <font class="newstext">Edwards suffered what he termed a hyperextended hip in the second quarter after making an interception and being tackled by the Browns' Reuben Droughns. He was down for several minutes before walking off the field. He returned early in the third quarter and finished the game with five unassisted tackles and tied with Randall Godfrey for the team lead with nine total tackles. </font>
