    29. Baltimore - Joe Staley, OT, Central Michigan:
    30. San Diego - Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU: After the Senior Bowl practices, I really thought Bowe would hear his name called in the middle of the first round. Although he seems to have lost a little momentum after running in the mid-4.5s to 4.60 at the combine workout, you have to remember that he checks in at 221 pounds. He also brings superlative natural receiving skills to the position. I'll give you a quick history lesson. Back in the 2001 NFL draft, a WR with a similar scenario was the next-to-last pick in the first round and has turned out to be a quality performer at the pro level. The player I'm referring to is former Miami Hurricane Reggie Wayne, now a key entity on the Super Bowl champion Indianapolis Colts.
    31. Chicago - Ben Grubbs OG Auburn:
    32. Indianapolis - Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee:

If Patriots get Willis and Nelson on top of A. Thomas, Stallworth etc. They will be our biggest threat.

Willis and Nelson are the two guys I really like and that means for sure those stinking bloody Patriots will take both of them in front of us. And you are right they can really bolster that Pat defense and be very very tough with that combination. The Pats sitting on 2 first rounders after that free agent season is almost not fair. Road to the SB will travel through Foxborough or the Murph.

Boo hoo. The Pats overpaid for a bunch of marginal players and signed one defensive stud. I'm not afraid.

Wouldn't be surprised to see NElson go to the Jags at 16 even with that Draft pick they like (Gerald Sensasomethingorother). I think bowe's going to the Chiefs.

Adalius Thomas is a marginal player? Whatever dude.

I think I remember saying the one team I didn't want to face in the playoffs last year was the Pats and didn't want any part of Tom Brady and you were spouting the " I am not afraid" line then as well.

Pats are addressing their issues, props to them. Hate the bastards but props to them on their offseason so far and if they pick up those guys they will definitely be tough. They are putting "marginal" players in positions where they used to have below average or even bad players. No doubt they have upgraded with these "marginal" players.
