    Well one thing is apparent. This coaching staff seems to have figured out a way to get RM's attention and retrain him to become an important cog in the offense. IMHO it's still "baby steps" for Ryan; they'll keep adding new duties once he's shown they can trust him with what he's been given. If he keeps to his present path, baring injury, he'll likely be a more complete back by the end of this season than at the beginning.

    Looking at the last 10 Super Bowl winners, 7 of them were low seeded playoff teams (2 were Wild Cards) that hit their stride at the end of the season and kept the momentum going through February. If the Chargers can be that team who racks up a couple of big wins in November and December, they'll be the squad that nobody wants to face come playoff time, similar to the 2012 Giants or even the 2013 Seahawks (they should have beaten Atlanta imo).
