Finally, finally, finally redemption has been served for the Holy Roller Play! Long-time Chargers fans will sadly never ever forget the penalty call not made on the Raiders Ken Stabler's illegal forward pass as time expired 27 years ago that cost our Chargers a game that was all but won until it occurred..

And thus, it is entirely ironic that in today's game against the Raiders, the correct penalty call was made on the illegal forward pass by the Chargers' Vincent Jackson and it turn out to be the critical play enabling our Chargers to win a game that was all but loss until it occurred. A play that likewise, will never be forgotten by Chargers fans but this time with a smile.

If Chargers fans needed a final sign from above that this is truly our year, I believe that sign has just been given.:)

    Finally....The Holy Roller Make-up Call!

The Holy Roller was a September Game, and this makes up for it. I would have lost it had that call gone against the Bolts. EAT IT AL!!!!

It is because of the Holy Roller that the officials know the rule so well, so fuc em.

So it is written, so it is done.

That and not having a challenge left on the questionable reception by Parker on that 3rd down. Took the lead 2 plays later. :icon_rofl: :icon_finger:

That game was sweet. They got reamed on 2 plays. :icon_rofl:

    Not for me !!!

When the Chargers figure out a way to cheat to win a game and then a subsequent NFL Rule is created so that it never happens again, then I will feel vindicated otherwise just keep beating the bastards.

    Bolt Law.

We should also clarify the law by saying that any method of victory over the Raiders, whether legal or by blatant cheating, shall not result in any Charger fan showing sympathy for Raiderfan. (This means YOU, Mati.)

That was hardly a makeup call for the Holy Roller. The Holy Roller was a play in which the Turds deliberately cheated their way to victory. It was a joke of a play and led to several rule changes so that such a travesty would never happen again.

Yesterday's play by Jackson was in no way a deliberate attempt to cheat the rules. It was a boneheaded play made by a guy who was excited. He'd just made a clutch 4th down catch and he thought the play was over. He threw the ball forward in celebration and the officials made the correct call.

Turd fans want to blame yesterday's loss on not catching a big break from Jackson's mistake. Well how about blaming Fabian Washington, who committed PI on a 4 yard pass on third and 8. How about blaming the Chokeland safeties, who were burned for the 50th time by LT on a halfback pass. How about blaming Aaron Brooks who threw 2 more 4th quarter INTs. How about blaming a Turds' rushing attack that gained a grand total of 2 yards in the 2nd half. How about blaming the Turd defense that went into the tank after Tomlinson's TD pass, allowing the Bolts to ram it down their throats for the game-winning score.

The Bolts won the game because they made plays when it mattered and the Turds did not.

    To sum it up,

    SCOREBOARD MUTHA****AS

I would admit it if it were fact. :bolt:

The rule states an intentional forward fumble past the LOS is considered an illegal forward pass

The NFL does not assign style points to how the ball is delivered forward.

VJ could have bounced it forward off of his dick and it is still an illegal forward fumble and it is still an illegal forward pass.

    Yes, you are.

BTW- The holy roller was the reason for the rule. If the Raiders ever got the holy roller play, the rule may not have ever been added. If not for the rule changed that happen because of the holy roller play, it might have been the Raiders ball yesterday.

Sorry L, it's how the rule is stated and was the correct call. I have to agree with T-Man on this one.

If VJ had spun the ball behind him using his crotch as a springboard or whatever dumbasss way you can think of to drop the ball behind his asss, then we have a lateral and a LIVE ball.

How about the idiot Raider defense letting LT beat them for the 3rd game in a row with the halfback option pass...how stupid can an entire team be?:icon_rofl:
After 3 times you'd think SOMEONE with half a brain would say in the huddle let's not get beat by that damn halfback option again...ok? :lol

Oh...and ShEli's int with 30 secs left in a tie game has to be up there with the best of'em...:icon_rofl:
