And yet you had to change your name because you bet against Norv and the Chargers. The only one consitently proven wrong is you.

Agree or disagree Bucky, the Patriots won the game by capitalizing on mistakes in the early going and in the home stretch as opposed to the Patriots flat out dominating in a single facet of the game.

It boggles my mind that some people will focus all the attention on either the coaches or the players. The blame is to be shared equally IMHO. The Chargers made some bone headed plays and lost 1 game. N4L has been preaching the same thing year in and year out regardless of the facts.

Frustration is understandable... This... I dont know what to say about his latest antics...

It's been the same scenario for most of the Pats-Chargers games for the past few years. The Chargers don't suffer the Pats well regardless of which team is the best. It's a phase...at some point that will turn around. All winning teams take advantage of the foes' mistakes...that's what makes them winners.

I wish we had Marty against the Patriots. I know he'd beat them when it counts the most. He always has.

Oh my! This board is populated by a bunch of sad sack losers mired in the culture of losing and feeling sorry for themselves.

You cretins. Yeah we lost. Maybe we could have and should have won, but big deal. It is only one fargin' football game. Yeah even the one everybody and his horse predicted we would lose out of the first five. So you have a cover cornerback who is too worried about getting torched for the big one... an in your face running back who fumbles trying too hard... and a superstar quarterback who tosses the ball to a fat man. Shet happens... so get over it and get your collective heads out of the shetter!

problem here is that we lost the same way we always do, stoopid play calling, undisciplined play, and stoopid play calling

its not the loss, its the way we lose. same story every year

Bear dung. If a play isn't executed properly it doesn't make it a bad call. There are always going to be two teams and two coaching minds competing in this league. Based on your evaluation scheme any decision to punt last year would have been a bad call as in hindsight going for it on 4th down is better than having a punt blocked. Hindsight is always 20/20. Norv only has a few seconds to make up his mind and gets most of them right.

totally agree, but patterns develop after years & years of the same reasons for losing.

Well fortunately this is not Chess we are analyzing. A discovery of a new 16th move in the Queen's Gambit Declined... (not fargin' likely...:D). This is a game with 22 living, breathing figures that are going to make mistakes or find daylight that wasn't supposed to be there. Not only is every year different, every game, even running the same play is never exactly identical.

Get your head out of the toilet and enjoy the spectacle... sir.

Yeah, because people being sick of your non-stop whining about our coach = people wanting the Chargers to lose. Are you really this stupid, or is this some kind of act? Has dumbass B4L returned under a different name?

Other than the 1963 season, this team, has virtually been the same. It has always found a way to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory, check the history.
