This team has leaders, plural. LT just goes about the business of attacking the other side, play in play out with his relentless running, a sense of determination. Rivers supplies the inspiration of his emotional commitment and his open defiance . Merriman gives us an aggressiveness, showmanship and a willingness to challenge the other side on defense that Rivers gives us on offense. Hardwick gives us a sense of humor. Norval gives us the "leetle ghr-r-ray cells". Cro gives us the transendental grace of an artist. To put it simply, these fukkers are fun.

Jamal Williams is to the defense as LT is to the offense. The other players' success starts and ends with that one player. It takes at least 2 players to account for them; they are literal worth twice as much as any man they oppose. Ask Al Faneca, Tom Nalen, Brian Waters, etc.
