    I have but one...Patrick Crayton.

The rest of the team can pound sand this week.

I think I called it on Crayton to step up, but like the old song, he stepped forward and the others stepped back...

Mathews had a good game. We should've ran him a bit more.

Also Sproles had a relatively good game. He improved from complete garbage to mediocre.

I have one for Marcus McNeill.

He'll get pub for that sack, but he was one of the few who was playing well the entire game. And I think Rivers took a few sacks that were completely unnecessary.

    Crayton for sure.
    All other receivers were lost.
I will pray for Gates to return.

Who are the other two TE's that we have, supposedly? McMichael and Wilson? Epps? Do they need some pointers on how to catch a ball?

Eric Weddle. He had good day and was the last line of defense on several plays. 11 tackles and one assist on the day which far exceeds the rest of the defense.

The whole game Rivers was telling them where to set up...looked like a street game of touch foot ball. Sad.

He always plays hard. Other guys on the team should look to this kid and how he gives 100% every play. He may not be the best at his position but he has the heart of a LION!

    Crayton

Sci - for his kickoffs in the end zone. No one is commenting on it.

Ya I noticed...he also kick one to the 10. I still feel good when our special teams only allows them to get to the 30 yard line....kind of sad!

Crayton and Weddle for me. Weddle might have his limitations but he comes to play. We need more like him. Delighted to at long last see Crayton on the field making plays. He is another who comes to play.

Weddle is the type of guy who will be a great coach some day.
