I missed today's game as I was out playing golf, so I will defer.

Phillip had a great game but that's expected. He's consistently been dominating this season. Nobody on defense really played well. I'd say LT and Gates. Both of them struggled in New York but they came up big today.

Offense - The OL and LT. They finally established a running game and the OL, when Norv wasn't making overly predictable calls, did well too.

Defense - the defensive line for shutting down the running game for the Eagles and Brandon Siler for another hell of a game

Game ball to LT and Gates...Rivers looks good every game lately.

Honorable mention for LT's wife for her intangible contribution to the win.

Offense - I'm going with Philip Rivers because he protected the football, managed the game well enough to actually seal the deal with a field goal there in the final quarter, and he scored two touchdowns!

Defense-I'm going with Brandon Siler for a good solid game. Weddle was in the running but he hit Jammer pretty hard and gave me quite a scare.

Offense - the O-line, they did a good job both in pass protection and in run blocking. They can do better, but this was the best game they had this year and I hope they get better next week and the next week ....

Defense - the D-line, they shut down the Eagles run game and made them one dimensional. The rotations do seem to work.

Special Teams - Nate, he made a pressure FG to give us an 8 point lead. The Eagles then had to get both a TD and 2 point conversion, pretty hard to do.

Offense -- LT & the OL. You can't have LT without the line, but the o line sure did look good opening those gaps. Need to not give up easy sacks though.

Defense -- D-Line, definitely our Achilles' heel in this defense, but they gave up what? 29 yards I saw somewhere?

ST -- Nate!! Good pressure figgy, attaboy!

Team effort - no one stood out particularly, but here's my take ....

LT - when you score 2 TDs, you should get something, right?

OL - particularly Dielman. I'm seeing that nasty attitude back in his play.

Siler - Continuing to do a nice job.

Honorable mention - Tolbert. Keep him on the field.

A swift kick to the ball sack of the people at Fox who decided Riverside county wanted to see the cowboys and Packers...

Antonio Cromartie! For resisting the urge to run back that INT...I know time was expiring but you know he has been waiting a long time to take one to the house...

    Special Teams.......

The coverage teams played fantastic. There were no huge runbacks on punts and kickoffs, giving us the advantage in the field position battle,

I was able to watch it on the "Justin tv" website though. Just google it.

got stuck with that up here in LA too bro. I guess they think all those gang members who wear the blue star are actually football fans or something.

This is a perfect reason not to move the team more north...wow...this was one of the big games of the weekend, and the networks still did not think LA and Riverside cared enough to watch.

If the game had been aired by CBS the LA/IE markets would have gotten the game but b/c it was FOX they almost always air the Cowboys anywhere that isn't required to show another game.

    Legedu Naanee-

    * 20 yard TD catch in which he kept his toes inside the back line of the end zone.

    * 18 yard catch and run on 3rd and 3 during the Chargers last offensive possession (leading to the FG and the 8 point lead).

    * Taking a snap in the Wildcat and gaining 10 yards.

Legedu is finding more and more ways to contribute, and is single-handedly keeping Buster Davis on the bench.
