NFL History. Tough one, so many great players.

Dan Fouts is up there for me.

When he finally retires LT will be up there.

All in all though, I have to probably go Joe Montana.

Fouts. Rivers closing in. LT will be up there after he gets over this Jets silliness and retires a Charger.

Good question. In that I take the YOUR to be in my lifetime as a NFL fan/viewer. I guess I would have to go with Brett Favre in that case. I was no GB fan or Favre fan, in fact I didnt Really start to like the guy until his Cameo in Theres Something about Mary. *Im in town to play the Bears, dumbass.* Jus had to put that on here lol. Around the time the Pack were making their SB runs, I was 14-17 and was going to school with a lifetime Packer fan who ended up letting me know enuff about Favre through the years (and SB parties) to make me ok with him and GB then.

Now lookin back Favre really was a icon on the field. He did a pretty good job of eventualy winning me over. Hard to say if TB or PM can eventualy do the same for me.

And yea LT needs to hurry up and finish his 3rd down backing and retire already. Rivers is and will be my all time favorite player. But Favre did a great job of keeping me watching football early when I ddint really get it beyond how it was played and this team is X-famous. *Fck the Cowboys 4life* Then LT got me hooked the CHARGERS for life.
04-Death. SB victory or two in there preferably.

I don't really have a favorite player there just are to many to pick from. One guy I always liked not only for his playing skill but because of who he is. Gale Sayers.

Tomlinsons legacy is tarnished. Just like Favre with Green Bay.

Only in the eyes of someone looking from the Chargers perspective. The rest will look at his stats from last year and conclude he had a better year than the Chargers did. That he was a non-factor in the AFC Championship game will come out in the wash.

btw... my choice is Dick Butkus. (#51). :D

Realized I didn't put a defensive player; probably either Deacon Jones or Lawrence Taylor

True, nicely said! I'd have to say:
    1. Barry Sanders (He was just amazing and with no real QB or WR threats and a weak line for many of his seasons)
    2. Tom Brady
    3. Joe Montana (Greatest winner in my lifetime)
    4. Jerry Rice (best WR ever? Def in my lifetime)

Don't forget about Bo Jackson. I know he wasn't around very long, but the man was a BEAST.
