I saw this on a local news station in SD and it seems to be the idea of some dedicated fans. Check it out.

    Lift the Blackout
    Last Update: 10/19 9:35 pm

There are still two thousand tickets that need to be sold for Sunday's Chargers-Patriots game at the Q, in order to lift the television blackout. But now, a group of friends is trying to find a way around that NFL policy.
They created the website www.StopChargerBlackout.org asking people and businesses to donate money, in any amount, to purchase leftover charger tickets. One of the organizers, Kyle McCarthy, kicked the half-time fan field goal during week two against Jacksonville, and says he determined to stop the blackouts. It's been a disappointing season for the Chargers, but the team has been winning at home, games the home-town fans haven't been able to watch.

The tickets that the website is able to purchase will be donated to local non-profits... like the Boys & Girls club. McCarthy and his friends will be going around to local bars and restaurants hoping the businesses will pitch in to help lift the blackout.
