I am inclined to agree--I do not find it amusing at all. Although he is not at the level of Brandon Marshall, Jackson is making quite a file for himself both on and off the field (2 DWIs and this)

Driving around with expired tags & a suspended license.

Not that I would condone such a thing, but if someone were to drive with a suspended license, you would think they wouldn't want to draw attention to themselves by BLASTING THEIR MUSIC LOUD ENOUGH TO CATCH THE EYE OF A PASSING SQUAD CAR.

This is just unnecessary. He wasn't mocking anyone, just asking why the OP thought it was so funny.

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly are 'expired tags' in a driving sense? Not something I'm familar with being British.

Here in the US we pay for license and registration every year for our vehicles through the department of motor vehicles. Once you pay, you get these stickers called "tags" that you put on your license plate. The stickers have the month and year that they expire printed on them. If you don't have updated tags, they're considered expired.
