    today i had a track meet against one of our cross town rivals and i got...

    1st in Discus 93'10" <-- PR!!! ^^
    3rd in Long Jump with a personal low of 14'11 1/2"

    yep, disc, i beat the other guy by fifteen feet, he got pwned, he only threw 88. they were complaining cuz we were throwing into the wind, quit crying gringo i PR'd in the wind.

    yeah, i figured out that it was my spikes. why my spikes? cuz they were dull, i wasnt gripping anything with them. so yesterday i bought some new spikes, put them on my shoes and jumped today in practice and....

    im back at my normal jumps ^^ 16'2"
