If I remember correctly, in one of the first snaps of the game, he over-compensated on a sweep and was completely ineffective, which I'll contribute to him being in there for his first start.

Aside from that, this guy was a beast. He's no Patrick Willis but he played a very good game. I saw a non-stop motor in him as he chased down the ball-carrier to finish every play.

    8 Total Tackles, 7 Solo.

Not too shabby for his first outing. Did I mention he was the Charger's 7th Round, 240th Overall Pick.

    Much props Brandon!!!

Nice to see the backups stepping up when we need them.

Siler played well. He was a nice surprise. He has played well in Goal Line opportunities, when he's been given the chance to play.

Solid tackler that, I think, has been a reason we've improved against the run in the last couple weeks. But he's exploitable when forced to cover. Overall I like the guy!

Both he and Dobbins have been solid vs the Run and have help immensely in that area. Maybe they should let Siler match up with Gates all practice long to get him some more reps.

I am scratching my head wondering if there are any chargers LBs that can cover a TE worth a ****.

Generally that responsibility falls largely on the Safety positions...and they are failing big time also. Fortunately, Weddle has really been picking up his game the last few weeks.

Regarding Siler--Dude is a BEAST against the run. I love him and want to see more.

The Safety over the top for the most part, but we need LBs that can run underneath with the big bodied TEs.
