Everyone else got a Season Ticket renewal letter in the mail.

    I did not get anything.

What I got was an email. And it said

I was going over your account and noticed you have a credit on there from the AFC Championship game we unfortunately didn’t play. There is a very good chance that based on the number of full season tickets we’ve sold the past few months that we aren’t going to be offering the mini packs this season so I wanted to see if you were interested in jumping up to a full season ticket package? You can use the credit on your account to get full season tickets and guarantee you won’t miss a minute of this years exciting season featuring a home schedule of Denver, Oakland, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Chicago, Baltimore, Houston and Detroit. If you have any interest feel free to e-mail me back or give me a call on my direct line below. Thanks and Have a great day.

    Then I responded back with

When I bought those tickets. I put down a $150/00 per seat deposit for this years full package! Yes I want a Full Season Ticket package for 2 seats.

and got a response like this

I went back and looked at your account and you did put the $300 deposit down but for some reason those seats were dropped from the account. I can get you some better seats in a lower row if that would work for you or if you prefer that end zone area I can get you some similar seats to the ones you had. Let me know what you think and I apologize for the mix up

They sold my seats from underneath me. This sucks.

I would probably send a scathing reponse demanding to speak with somebody supervisor who can actually get things done correctly and in a timely manner. That's total BS you should get your seats upgraded or discounted or something. I mean that's super weak.

I have alll ready done that, it was late on Friday, I did not expect much to get done. He said he would talk to his boss, and see what they can do. And he would get back with me on Monday. I spent 23 years down on Field level, and about the only good thing down there is that when I yelled, I knew the players could hear it!

Up there in the View section I was able to watch a lot more of it, and I was able to watch a lot more up there, then I could down on field level.

On Field level, all you saw was the play.

In View, I was able to see coverages, and the plays develop.

That is messed up the Bolts did that to any fan let alone a hardcore. I would not let this go very easily.

View Level is indeed the ticket. After sitting in just about every stinking seat known, View is the best.

Field and Loge levels have people always standing up to obstruct views and you can not scan the whole field as well as you can in the View level.

Lower View is the **** as well.

All I can do right now is wait untill Monday, then I will see what they have to offer.

The seats I had, I was almost able to call every pass play. I could see who was open right on the line of scrimage. I was watching Antonio Gates do jumping jacks in the middle of the field trying to let Rivers know he was open.

And when there are just so many left, you do not want to lose what you have.

I got the same section, same row, the only difference is that instead of seats 5 and 6, I got seats 19 and 20, and those are aisle seats!
