    We can't delete posts anymore?

edit: This has nothing to do with the thread it's posted in.

I made a post in which I quickly realized I made a mistake so I went to delete it and found out I can't...or I'm not finding the option.

Anyone else think he looks like Lord Voldemort with hair?

But wait... it gets worse. Apparently either Al had just some really, really dominant genes... or his wife had some really really recessive ones... or (my personal favorite theory) Al was married to a horse (probably the same breed as Sarah Jessica Parker), because if you look at his poor daughter she came out looking like her old man and that's not a good thing at all:

If he does it won't be by any act of his own other than possibly just stepping aside and letting other people run things. Al may have lost it towards the end in terms of what worked and what didn't in the modern league, but in his prime the man really did understand the game quite well and how to run an effective franchise. Mark is to Al what Mike Brown is to Paul Brown; utterly clueless when it comes to football knowledge.

I think Mark has the sense to step aside and let people who know run the team. They appear to already be making some smart moves. To bad our owner can't do the same

Eh... not really. Sense to step aside... yet to be seen. Gotta remember that an owner doesn't have to be another Jerruh in order for the GM to effectively be a pawn or for said owner to be the kind of guy that's going to assert his say-so over the team whether that's in their best interest or not.

Smart moves is also debatable. I'm not going to go into the whether or not Hue should have been fired - a new GM wanting HIS own guy is usually validation enough. However, McKenzie wasn't even the best GM candidate on Green Bay's staff and has been far more of a cap-guy for them than a talent eval guy. So depending on who he hires as the new HC and how much personnel control/input that HC has is really going to determine how smart this whole move was. The Raiders are a team which, with the draft pick and salary cap handicaps they have over the next couple seasons, is going to need to be really up on their talent eval in order to stay competitive.

Just saying... two sides of every coin, and the Raiders have been the organization with the extreme opposite of conservancy when it comes to reacting to seasons that don't lead to playoff berths.
