I guess I could be senile... I thought you posted this:

Seems like there in no mention of majority...
I may be senile but I dont see the qualifier you claim is listed in this post. Could you be so kind as to point it out to me?

Again, it appears you are talking about ALL Oiler fans. I again dont see anything talking about a majority... Hmmm... Perhaps I am not the senile one after all...
More senility, again no mention about majority...

    Nope none here...
So why not try taking the time to post what you mean, instead of hoping that we can read your mind over the internet? Deal?

Wow... Simply wow. You are arguing with people over a T-shirt LT wore. You are trying to say that people here have bagged on Raider fans because of a T-shirt LT wore...

    Amazing....

You can say so. But that is if you like just hoping they stay. There are plenty of forums to be heard about the Chargers. If you want them here, you have more power to do something about it than I do. I cant elect San Diego officials or sign petitions that require SD city residents. You might be able to, that is unless going to the games is enough, in which case I should think that if the Chargers move or not really has little impact on you...

You're really on an "everyone" and "all fans" rampage. You're the one who keeps saying that... not me.

There is a t-shirt that says that. Some people have used it as their avatar in various Chargers forums and some Chargers fans wear that t-shirt to Chargers/Raiders games. But not ALL of them.
Are you sure you didn't just have your 70th birthday?

There is nothing in these posts that says "All Fans" either.
What's your point? There is NONE!!!

What's really amazing is how your brain has given out at age 40.
The t-shirt just shows that there are people who feel that way about the Raiders (but not all people). Otherwise, the shirt wouldn't sell.
Like I mentioned "some fans have been seen wearing that shirt at games and some have used it for their avatar."

BTW... there were t-shirts out that said "Vote for Obama." I suppose you think nobody really voted for Obama. huh? :icon_shrug:

Point is if you say "FANS DANCE THE JIG" typically it is going to be read as you are saying all fans dance the jig.

You did have basic english in school did you not? :icon_tease:

    "People" as in, in general?

So why bring it up here.

People want us dead, do you think that is applicable here? Why post to me stating that people bag on the Raider fans for this, that or the other, if I am not one of those people?

If you are trying to make a point with that, you are failing badly so far. Can you be a little more clear in your posts in the future please?

I'm forced to wonder what the point of your posts was if not a declaration of the proper way to react to your team leaving the city.

Oh your witty humor about about age. It is just too rich.

I stand behind what I am saying if you think it is just me start asking people how your posts are received. It appears that you are having a communication difficulty...

Anyway lets help get this thread back on track, shall we?

Like I said "Don't take my word for it...
Got to the Browns forum and ask them how much they love Art Modell.
Go to the Ravens forum and ask them how much they love the (Indianapolis) Colts.
Go to a Texans forum and tell them what a great day it was when the Oilers moved out of Houston."

Most people wouldn't be shocked with the response they'd get but it's hard to tell with you.

    YOU ARE WEIRD!!!!!

You're comparing the mindset some people have towards Raider fans to the mindset of people who want us dead.
WOW!!! So this discussion is life or death to you? You need some serious help!!! :icon_eek:

The ONLY person have difficulty is you.
First you're fixated on "all fans" and "everybody."
Now you're comparing that Raiders fans mindset to terrorists mindset.
You're wayyyyyyyyyy off your rocker!!!!

Also, we are on track. Part of a possible movement is fan reaction. And there is nothing wrong with looking at how other fans reacted to losing their home team as part of the discussion.

Please read the post before you respond. I said "I vote."
I've also signed petitions that I believed kept possible options open to a new Chargers stadium.

If the Chargers move, it will have an impact on me. I'll miss the good times at Qualcomm or any other San Diego location but I sure as Hell won't be running to the nearest tree with a rope in my hand.

    You're a weird guy, Conc.

    Let's review this thread...

Title: I Hate To Imagine It But I Gotta Ask...

Opening Statement: Would You Still Support The Bolts If The Left San Diego?

We ARE talking about fan support and that's what this thread is all about. So please explain how this thread is no longer on track. :icon_shrug:

Well, since that shirt that you are trying to quote, isn't even the origional. The origional was made while you were a Colt fan and before LT was even a Charger.

Here's a picture of the origional. Taken today, from my closet!

Easy there, old timer... this is the t-**** I was referring to.

Also... judging by the images you provided, I think the dates you mentioned are wrong.
The Colts moved out of Baltimore in 84. At that time the Chargers were in the Royal Blue uniforms with Yellow Lightning.
Why is your T-shirt Navy Blue with White Lightning? :icon_shrug:

For me it depends on the destination.

Vegas is fine. Because Vegas is cool and haven't ever had a pro team. I could support Bolts going there.

    Los Angeles. No f'ing way.

    NoCal. NoWay.

    San Antonio. Armegeddon.

My darkhorse. The Mormons up in Utah decide since they are they are the only ones left on the planet with money to splurge on a football team. I figure this is fine since if we ever find the money to get a stadium we could ask for our team back and they would give it to us.

But you mentioned the times by saying "The origional was made while you were a Colt fan."

I like them when they were the Baltimore Colts. Hated them since 84.
Your time estimation is incorrect.

The Faiders moved to LA in 1982.
    Last I checked... 1982 came before 1984.

Maybe this will help Concudan get back on his rocker...

Raiders still have a massive following in LA. Taking it that it's died down a little cause they've sucked so back for the last 6 season but on other times it's massive.
Most Raiders fans that come to Chargers/Raiders games at Qualcomm are from LA.
Raiders have their own store in LA.
You see Raiders logos in many sports bars in LA
Raiders have a massive following in LA.

DC is 45 minutes from Baltimore.
Before the Ravens came to Baltimore... you didn't see tons of fans from Baltimore in Colts colors show up at RFK Stadium.
If they set up a Colts store in Baltimore, it would get torched.
If a sports bar was loaded with Colts logos in Baltimore, it would get torched.
Colts are massively hated in Baltimore.

Try establishing a Ravens fan base in Cleveland... same result.
Try establishing a Cardinals fan base in St. Louis... same result.
The list goes on. Sure, there might be a few that would be up for it but they're a very small minority.

Why is this so hard to understand? :icon_shrug:

The Colts moved from Baltimore in 84.
As you said "The origional was made while you were a Colt fan."

Well that means that the shirt would have had to be made in 84 or earlier. If that were the case the shirts would be Royal Blue with Yellow Lightning.

So obviously... you are wrong!

    No, obviously I'm right!

Look at the cities. You can't look at the colors. It's not an official Chargers shirt! The shirt is from 1982.

I see... so the artist looked into a crystal ball and saw that the Chargers would change their colors to Navy Blue with a White bolt in a few years.

You can believe that if you'd like... but I don't.
    I think you confused 92 for 82.
