Obviously Oliver's pick saved the game today, or at least removed a lot of needless suspense.

Every season seems to come down to one or two key plays -- either positive or negative -- that you can point to and say "That turned the tide." Personally I think this is one of them if we go on to the playoffs.

Also, bear in mind this now gives us tiebreakers against an entire division (save the Colts, that comes later) in the Wild Card race.

    What say you?

I agree, this was indeed a turning point.

Another turning point could've been Norv's halftime speech last week when he got emotional and "teared up". The team gave the game ball to him because of that speech. Must've been a good speech

no because under that scenario the streak started last week. They turned the corner last week after a Norv Turner halftime speech.

we'd have to credit Norval.

Let's just focus on one game at a time. But if we do make the playoffs and look back, the catalyst for this run will be last weeks half time speech by Norv.

I think the turning point was the pix-six by the titans negated by defensive holding

This year will be known as "The Speech" ....

If we win this division, fans (especially the Norv haters) will have to look back and give it up to the "speech"

I don't see any turning point so far. Offensive and Defensive execution wasn't significantly better (this isn't a complaint) than the rest of the season and neither was special teams play or putting the ball on the ground (this is a complaint). So what's changed? They've won two games? Well, they won two games earlier in the season too.

Oliver's reaction is more telling than the interception itself. He picked up the ball and ran. Bonehead. Their heads still aren't screwed on straight.

Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the football gods have had their fun with the ball not bouncing the Chargers' way and that freak interception off of Andre Johnson's knee is them foreshadowing good juju to come.

If there is a turningpoint, my vote would be the Raiders / Chiefs game. There is blood in the water. Time to feed.
