It would be nice to hear VJ say something like this

"All I can say is you're looking at a different guy, a different person," Maualuga told reporters. "I just hope the city of Cincinnati would accept my apology and hopefully help me through all of this."

Would be nice if VJ accepted that he has screwed up multiple times and apologized for his mistakes

I don't care what VJ says or doesn't say as long as he keeps shredding opposing secondaries.

I'm sure he would have apologized had our bad boy been sent to rehab after his arrest.

I don't care what they say. Public apologies are worthless. Actions really do speak louder than words.

And Multiple DUI's and then an arrest for driving on a suspended license are very loud actions

All I wanted was for him to play and STFU.

I think the issue was more that the certain person(s) were just answering questions in an interview, which is part fo their job... hard for them to STFU and play in the offseason ;)

Not saying he should be traded like some others. Just that it would be nice for him to stay out of trouble and apologize when he did rather than implying that the cop was setting him up and had no reason to be on that street.
