He did have one excellent season with the Vikings but how old is he now and how long has he been out of football?

Not to mention, he won't have the receivers!!

The dude's almost 40 years old (born Dec 1967) and hasn't played since 2001!

    Yeah, that's a good idea.

Remember last year at one point he actually had a tryout with the Raiders during one week, but they decided against signing him for whatever reason. He most likely needs the money. He's washed up and he flushed his career down the toilet a long, long time ago:tdown:

I would put Favre's up there too. George did have an absolute cannon. Jim Miller on Sirius yesterday was talking about him. He said the when he (Jim Miller) threw the deep out at Soldier Field he had to account for the wind and adjust his aim accordingly. He then said that George was the only QB he ever saw he didn't need to do that he could throw it through the wind. :icon_eek:

But like Shammy said, he had a million dollar arm and a nickel brain.

Bartkowski is one of the underrated arms in NFL history. He did have a cannon too.

Cunningham had that weird wind up, but he had a rocket too.

Jeff George also had one of the best quotes ever when he proclaimed he wasn't popular because, "I'm good and good-looking, too."

Gino Toretta was limited in talent. He wasn't even the 10th best player on his own college team, yet because he was the QB, he won the Heisman.

It's ok, Gino can polish his Heisman while cleaning those Minnesota restrooms.

Marshall's too busy with his Super Bowl ring and getting ready to be enshrined in Canton.
