Although I think it should be given more consideration, I believe that he deserves one last chance given how he guided us through the regular season.

However, the roster still must be cleaned up, particularly those who, in the words of Mike Singletary, "aren't cut out to be part of this team."

Norv has earned this second chance because he has been excellent at this in the past, getting rid of Chambers, Uncle Teddy, and best of all, Hart. However, this will be a far greater task.

He has to look at a very talented pool of players and make some tough decisions, particularly when dealing with some players with offer sheets. However, some of these big-name players still bring up an all too important part: "Cannot win with em, cannot coach with 'em, CAN'T DO IT!"

Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Cro, we will enjoy someone else's 1st instead.

Yea, this defense has looked great since Teddy the Hut got shitcanned! WOOOO!!!! It's actually ironic that the defense was at its best and the team went the furthest in the playoffs when Ted was the DC. Oh, and we really didn't need Chambers for the playoff game. Floyd had a ton of memorable, clutch catches for us.

    A hint of sarcasm?

The defense was at its best because Merriman was a different player and Cromartie was a newcomer making a name for himself.

And although Floyd was not spectacular by any means, Chambers was terrible in the first half of the season for us...personally, I wanted Naanee to get some more chances.

They probably will just because they sell tickets with this staff and AJ can push him around.

The Cardinals once held onto Buddy Ryan for the same reason.

Our Middle Linebackers need to go! Cooper is serviceable but is never going to be a big game player that we need.

We need better depth on the DLine!

The Offensive line needs better coaching
