Well if there was a silver lining in today's game, it's Legedu Nannee. That man came through time after time. He's done so much more than many other picks who were selected ahead of him. Time to get this football weapon more involved.

That catch after Rivers threw the ball at his ankles... simply amazing.

BTW, where the heck was Buster Davis tonight? Someone mention he was injured? My question... again? Really?

    Legedu is the man.

Buster Davis is a joke. He's the 5th WR for crying out loud. We need more lineman, get rid of the ones who suck balls. (Buster, and Hart)

Legedu owns the spot that was supposed to be for Buster. Buster won't see the field save for injury.

A few more games like that and I'll change my kid's name to Legedu.

He's two and a half... plenty of time. Right?

Agree. Naanee can be a special weapon for us. I'd love to see him take an end around or quick side pass and then throw the ball downfield. He used to be a QB. But those were two fabulous catches. The guy should be a bigger part of the offense.

Buster Davis is just keeping the bench warm for the next guy to come in and sit there next year. In fact, I wonder if the bolts could waive him to clear a spot for another Olineman. The guy is never healthy. At some point, you cut your loses.

I think Legadu will be just fine catching those intermediate passes, the ones that get us 8 yards on third and 8. Vincent is our deep threat.

As much as I've been rooting for Buster Davis to break out, it looks like we'd be better off with Naanee as the 3rd WR until we get into the redzone. At that point, put Floyd in as the 3rd WR so he can use his height near the endzone.

I think that Buster may find himself Gartrelled should we need to make room for another lineman...

Remember when everything else on the team was good and the recievers and secondary sucked?

The hands on the kid were pretty amazing last night. Some of those balls simply were not catchable.

I think Sproles and Legs can be one and two in the league in YAC this year.

Some of those catches he made seemed impossible. On that last drive, he got a great catch and than got like 10-15 yards after the catch that really had a huge impact on the game.

Check his hands for Stick'Um (TM)

NOTE: That's a reference to the old 1970s sticky molasses-like paste that WR would often use on their hands and arms to better catch the ball. Ironically, it was the Raiders that used it most often, even their DBs.

This is precisely what I was going to say when I got to the end of the thread. He's perfect for that and for the wildcat, along with LT.
