Ohio strikes first , simple blast play looks like LSU LB Highsmith takes a bad angle and gets sealed. Safety's fail to support the run defense.

LSU doesn't look like they have the RB that Ohio has. They do have a strong OL. Will Arnold seems to be out for LSU.

He got 1 or 2 sacks and made 3 or 4 tackles I thought he looked pretty good . He looks like he would be a good DE in a 3-4 defense. Dorsey wasn't the force he normally is and may have been feeling the effect from his injury.

His stock dropped a bit. The surprise player for me was DT Ricky Jean-Francois , I think that was his name looked like he blocked a FG and was a real force up the middle when he was in. I understand he onLy played one game all season due to injury I believe the announcers were not very clear on that.

He should be a big star next season for L.S.U.

You would think next year that the NCAA will not be so giving to OSU in the BCS after they play a cake schedule and then get embarrased in the title game by a team that actually plays someone all year!

I am starting to think that these so called stars Ohio St has are a little exagerated cause they shine against inferior schools! I mean if you notice last night when they were showing the defensive ranks for OSU being like #1 3 of 4 categories they showed highlights of them against like Kent St and Toledo! They suck and the NCAA should not let them into the title game unless they are challenged throughout the year! Downright embarrasing 2 years in a row to watch OSU walk to the title game and get spanked!

For sure the SEC is a better conference. OHIO St has a lot of talent I think they got out coached in this one. The DB group got fooled often and the Ohio state WR group was not to good.

One State got down and had to pass it was all over. The way the game started it looked like LSU was over matched but they clearly turned things around.

I didn't see them, and I focused on Jackson nearly the whole game... he was anything but relentless, most of the time just taking up space at the LOS... I've been tracking 3-4 DE's all season, and I was very high on him before, not so much now...

the high motor guy I saw standout in the bowls was Dingle, 6-3 273 4.84, at West Virginia - there's a guy that wants to be a star...
