Turner is putting on a show for Atlanta with 10 minutes left in the 4th... 196 yards, 11+ yards per carry, 2 TDs. If he doesn't evade a tackler he bounces right off of them.

Sad to see him leave SD but good for him. He needed his own stage.

Nothing we haven't said here before, but there is only so much room in the backfield for a star. Those who picked him in their fantasy leagues are walking in tall cotten.

    Finished with 220 yds. on 22 carries & 3 TDs, I believe.

Atlanta may be a lot better than many are saying.

    Congrats to the Burner.

We'll see. I have a feeling that Atlanta may be tougher in the NFCS than predicted. :icon_shrug:

Although for Turner's sake I hope that's not the case.

I don't play fantasy but I had a feeling that a lot of Bolt fans would be cashing in on him in later rounds because of our "insider" knowledge. i.e. Take the known commodities earlier and pick Turner up in the 3rd round or later.

What round did you take him in?

True. But there are somethings that Turner does regardless of blocking and team play. He regularly runs through tackles no matter whom he's playing. Granted he had some pretty open running lanes today (a must in any 200+ yard individual game) but even when he didn't he broke tackles and made moves to get the yards.

I'd say that he would have had 100+ yards regardless of who ATL played today. I expect other teams to start game planning for him very soon.

4th & all the commodities were taken by then especially WR. My steal was Rivers two rds. later. Boy am I glad I started him today. That was such a hard decision to make, Romo or Rivers? I gambled on Rivers but look at how it turned out.
