Someone should. As sdcharger alluded to with BeerDork, he "guaranteed McCree would be fined massive amounts of his salary" ..... His analysis is garbage.

In reviewing the play, it was clear that McCree made contact with his shoulder into Houshmandzadeh's shoulder, which is legal. Then, as Houshmandzadeh fell to the ground, his helmet made contact with linebacker Randall Godfrey's knee.”

So does this end the arguement of whether it was an illegal hit?:icon_shrug:

Many here said that it was absolutely an "illegal" hit. But I'm sure they will still believe it even though the league says it isn't.

The worse guy is the rat-faced Dr. Z. Who called out Marlon yesterday, days after all the pundits said the hit was not cheap, days after TJ said the hit was not cheap. Just today, he mocked readers who defended McCree and said Marlon would be fined. What a freaking tool. The guy has been covering the NFL for centuries and he can't pick games as well as a supermodel. :icon_rofl:

I'm glad that the NFL realizes that McCree's hit wasn't intended to hurt anyone, just prevent the WR from completing the catch. He got there about a half-second too early.

I now expect Dr. Z to write a tirade about how the NFL is letting cheapshot artists get away with hits that can shorten careers.
