Jacksonville must have no cap space. They're not even listed.

That's about right. They signed that LB Smith for $1 mill/year (no announced bonus, yet) and extended MuzzCOWski. Plus, they tendered RFA LB Harris (at the 2nd round level - $1.4 mill if I remember right) and the UDFA's (Clary, Floyd, etc).

They had about $20 mill a couple weeks ago, but gained some with releasing Neal, McCree and Olivea.

SD will still have to take $3-4 mill off that number for the rookie pool (a cap within a cap).

The rest - roughly $15 mill - can be used for extensions on players who will have expiring contracts over the next few seasons.

With as few needs as the Chargers have, this is great cap room. KC can load up on picks, since they have all the room they need to sign all 11. The Raitards may have a problem, since they are wasting money on marginal FA talent. Denver barely has enough to fill their needs, depending on further FA signings. Shanarat could burn through this in a hurry and leave them no better off.
