Why would you want to ban standing? This isn't a movie.

It's going to be a very empty season at the Coliseum!!!

What about "verbal or physical harassment of fans from the home team?" Though the numbers have reduced, the Raider Faithful will be there.

How about the NFL unveil a new OWNER code of conduct to stop them from ****ing us up the @$$ for food, ticket prices and sh**ty accomadations as well as trying to ruin the experience of those fans who want to drink and eat and have fun?

I'd sooner like that then a bunch of NFL schmucks tell me how to enjoy myself at a game that i paid for

To be fair, I don't see anywhere in there where it says we can't get drunk.

It just says we can't get unruly.

I'm sure it'll only be enforced if you get drunk and start harassing others.

If I'm wrong and it's enforced differently than that, and/or if it starts turning into "you can't get drunk....period" then I'll take issue.

Really? When I go to Qualcomm, I usually sit in field level these days. We pretty much stand the entire game. I think the rule is stupid, but I can see where it might come from.

This is a collection of very vague and restrictive rules that just beg for arbitrary enforcement in close and emotional games. I see room for litigation by fans who get booted from their expensive seats by some overzealous fool. Stadium authorities already have the ability to eject people for outrageous behavior. I don't see any exception here for replying to players that deliberately taunt fans. How's the Dog Pound going to react to this? What security guy in Philly is going to have enough balls to toss some of those jokers? Be fun to try and wrestle some Raduh fan weariing a studded dog collar, spikes around his shoulders, heavy gloves and a coal shuttle helmet. What's the over and under on the first lawsuit or criminal assault complaint on a "Don't taze me bro!" incident.

It's not the people who drink, it's the people who drink and can't maintain their ****. They start causing problems, getting into fights, whatever. I am all for those *** clowns being removed from the stadium, and people who are being cool being allowed to continue their party as they see fit.

    None of this bothers me.

For starters, those are all already existent rules anyways. This is just some lame way of getting teams to enforce rules better.

Secondly, I never do any of that stuff anyways, so I have no reason to be bothered by it.

(The drunk one just basically says being drunk isn't an excuse for being unruly. Doesn't say you can't be drunk.)

You mean we were allowed to do this stuff before? Hell, I was wasting my time trying to watch the game on the field. I could've been running around in my underwear drunk, harassing the Bronco fans while flipping off the stadium presonnel.
