You don't leave much to imagination because you don't have any imagination. ;)

In case you didn't catch the earlier reference to the 1980 move "Airplane" from Corpsie:

So, McKennie stayed through today and was at Chargers Park early, presumably for a physical. <tick-tick-tick>

Will there be celebrating in the Gas Lamp tonight?

Well now that TOG has departed town, I'm sure the Stingaree is in the process of filling his shoes and for memory, McKinnie isn't against a little "partying" .....................hell, they've probably just had an indoor moat built in there, with a luxury yacht added for measure. ;)

Somebody do me a favor. Look up "rented mule" in the dictionary and see if they at least used a flattering picture of me.

Congrats, Corpsie. Unlike Jack, I think Emerson is a good name. It works for Fittipaldi. But I would give him a cool nickname, or maybe just homeschool him, just in case. You realize if the missus keeps taking you so seriously when you poke fun at her, you're going to need a soundproof mancave with a high dollar deadbolt.

Jack, you jackwagon, Corpsie did come up with sheetsaucer. He posted a pic of linens and a dish, and sheetsaucer was born. Apologize to BoB now ya corkholster.

I'll most likely be getting that land in the boonies, I just have to get some language in the contract cleared up first. I need to make sure the "no pigs or chickens for commercial purposes" means no Tyson or Smithfield, or if it means no homestead for me. A couple other sections need some clarification, I hate Legalese. I'll look at the 5.46 acres lot, and if the creek doesn't create a problem on it, I'll take it. Until I get the land cleared, water, septic, and electric taken care of, I'll do the Shammy thing and park a trailer at an RV park next to work. Banjos don't bother me, you usually find some good moonshine nearby.

So, who is going to sing about White Lightning now? So long George...

I was a young teenager back in '59 when George Jone's "White Lightning" hit the charts, and already thinking about joining the Navy but had to wait a few years. (Did so when I turned 17). Both of us had one hell of a ride in the years since then, his fame and some times infamy continued to grow, so did my love for his music if not his lifestyle - sorry to see him go.

There ya go, you just endorsed my original statement ........ The only two blokes in the world with the Christian name Emerson, are both BRAZILLIAN ....... I rest my case. :)

OK, well I know CupN'Saucer was the original term, but I can live with Corpsie coming up with "sheet saucer", thought it may have been a Shammy special to be honest.

So, your just gonna dig a hole to take a crap ???? ....... You'll be right at home out there by the sound of things ...... ;)

I'm getting tired of athletes (EDIT: and just people in general) thinking that coming out is not a big deal. Nobody comes out being straight because there's no damn stigma against it. Give me a break.

Is there a time limit involved at least ???

I know that facepalm smilie was still there when I went to bed last night, so that means it was viewable for at least 3 hours or so before changing to "whatever that is".

Just another reason to get rid of Chao........

The NFL played a powerful role in deciding which scientists studied Junior Seau's brain, and Chargers doctor David Chao may have influenced that outcome.

Those are among the findings in a vivid report by ESPN's Mark Fainaru-Wada and Steve Fainaru.

Here's the lead to their story:

"Inside the autopsy room of the San Diego County medical examiner's office, Bennet Omalu, a forensic pathologist, carefully sliced Junior Seau's brain with a long knife. It was late morning on May 3, 2012; Seau's autopsy, which began just after 9, was nearly over. Omalu wore dark blue scrubs, rubber gloves and a clear plastic face mask as he went about his work in the cool, windowless room, picking up half of Seau's brain and placing it in a small tub filled with formaldehyde and water.

"Omalu, 44, was the first researcher to identify brain damage in a former NFL player. When he published his results, in July 2005, the NFL attacked him and insisted he was wrong. His research has since been vindicated many times over, with each new discovery of the crippling neurodegenerative disease in a dead football player. Omalu arrived at Seau's autopsy with a special "brain briefcase" he carries on such occasions. His intention was to fly Seau's brain back to San Francisco that night and share it with a Nobel Prize-winning researcher who also coveted the valuable specimen."

But Omalu would return home with the briefcase empty.

Seau's son Tyler, then 22, insisted that Omalu not be part of the brain study. Tyler Seau had consulted Chao, who was Junior Seau's team doctor for 13 years.

ESPN's account also confirms reports that Junior Seau had chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, a progressive degenerative disease of the brain found in athletes (and others) with a history of repetitive brain trauma.

No shock at all to hear that, seeing it was a well known fact that this scum bucket hung around Juniour like a bad smell ....... Parasites are the same the world over and this lowlife has weaselled his way into obviously many high profiled people lives over time and for whatever reason, won over their trust.

I'm past some organisation taking this crim down and getting him off the streets, time to call in the black ops hit men and make this "just quietly disappear" ....... Don't care how its done, don't care to even hear about it in the media ...... If he someday just goes missing, Im 100% satisfied. ;)

You better believe I do ......

Farg all this politically correct crap these days, where crims are treated with kid gloves and given a free reign to continue their lives with no restrictions for their past crimes, time they "paid the Piper" again, bring back the Guillotine I say. ;)
