Ahh First Jobu keeps us from getting Vick, then the arogance of the Manning clan, and AJ keep us from getting Sheli..

    I love it!

And with Tiki gone this year, I think the intent was to lean heavily on Eli. Love it when the Manning family is in disarray .. :)

Here is a highlight from the KC Camp,

I found this below the (I kid you not) thread titled "I masturbated on the drive to work today" authored by some guy that works at a Burger King.:icon_eek:

I guess he makes it his way.

Well, it seems to me that this would be fitting since Sheli is doing so well in NY.

Hey the football gods knew they owed us big-time after the Ryan Leaf debacle. As hard as it is to believe Beathard made an even worse deal than the Giants to get that cancer. We gave two first-rounders and players like Eric Metcalf to move up one spot and draft that idiot.

We're still due a little good karma if you ask me. Only a lombardi trophy will balance the books...

How much you want to bet the Chiefs suck it up this year and by the end of the season will have games with several thousand empty seats?

Yet we'll still hear constantly about what tremendous fans they have in KC and how San Diego fans are "laid-back."

Funny how losing and frustration effects a fan-base. I've said all along that the only towns that are truly more supportive of their teams than San Diego are the ones where there's absolutely nothing to live for but football. Look at Oakland--they're going through a stretch similar to what we went through in the late-eighties and late nineties. Who was the first team not to sell out a Sunday game last year? Oh...yeah...the Raiders. And they failed to sell out any games after that.

There aren't too many cities out there who will continue die-hard support of a perennial loser, and the ones that do probably spend 5 months of the year wearing parkas.

The Chargers haven't won a playoff game in over 12 years yet we now have a season-ticket waiting list just because the team is competitive and exciting. Give fans a good product and they'll pay for it.

Yeah, but they talk about pretty much everything but football on that site. Read the thread and you'll see several fans complaining that it's no longer a hardcore football site.
