Released by NE per Adam Schefter..

I'm saying Miami, Buffalo, or Jax.

    Miami- Hometown/Currently Resides/No #1 Wideout/Hardknocks
    Buffalo- Bills Mafia/Shove it up NE's A$$
Jax- Old Coordinator/No #1 Wideout/Not far from home

Wouldn't mind the Chargers taking him as well as they've been on a signing spree with receivers ;)

No thank you!!! Too much drama, too little production. Perhaps the circus is hiring.

Word is that Chad never learned the Patriots playbook....... only had success in Cincy because TJ told him where to lineup.

I liked Chad, in 2005. He's not the same receiver, and it's a shame, because he could've been so much more on virtually any other team. Carson Palmer's knee injury killed both of their careers.

I hope he finds a place in the Miami team. He was kinda funny on Hard Knocks last time, he could bring some entertainment again.

I can't wait until Ocho makes it into the broadcast booth. He's going to excel @ color commentary.

I think he'd do a great job in studio as well. Hopefully Chris Berman, Joe Buck, Bob Costas, and Terry Bradshaw retire soon, the networks need a talent shuffle.

He should go back to Cincinatti (if they would even have him) - he definitely knows the playbook there, and with the emergence of A.J. Green, he wouldn't even need to be the #1 option but I feel he could really succeed there in a #2 or 3 role, much more so than anyplace else.

He'll probably do well in anything where he's the center of attention.

Chad didn't know the playbook in Cincy either, he just was allowed to do his thing. TJ told him where to lineup. Remember, both he and Chad went to Oregon State. TJ told him what to do in college too.

Maybe, Belichick isn't such a genius, because it took him a long time to figure out that Chad isn't capable of learning a playbook. ;)

I dunno, I find Chad Ochocinco quite entertaining... mostly because I don't take him too seriously. Plus he does genuinely do some pretty cool stuff for his fans/twitter followers (like taking them to the movies or dinner - seriously).

He's the perfect antithesis to the No Fun League aspect of the NFL. His "f-you" to the league by changing his name was awesome. Of course, I have the sense of humor of a 12 year-old boy so... :x3:

At least hard-knocks will be fun to watch this season AND he's not a Charger :abq2:

Well, on the Sirius Blitz today, host Adam Schein said it best. He said there's a difference between "bad guys" & "clowns". Chad is a clown, not a bad guy. Though I seriously doubt that it was a "coaches" decision to sign him.

Exactly. If football was as important as being a clown seems to be, perhaps he would have reached greater heights.
