I respectfully disagree, both teams screwed up thier drafts and KC moved us to the second seed.

Well, cincy has a bye the next 2 weeks (Browns and Lions, both at home) but then they have to go to Minny and SD in back to back weeks.

There's no room for error. The Chargers need to take care of business the next couple weeks.

    Hey Bolts Community!

Huge W today!! Was impressed w/ super aggressive style by the D! I hope more of that continues. Controlling the ball most of the 2nd half w/ run game was sweet. Even Hester & Tolbert busting runs thru the Donks was gravy!

Phillip didn't help me much via fantasy but any win over the stinkin Broncos is much appreciated!

I'm glad we took this game from them at home. River's is what now 4 - 1 in Denver, and to think we could never win there.

Sorry, but I love my Chargers more than I hate the Raiders. I will gladly root for them if it helps the Bolts. As for the Chefs, they've always been the one rival that I've had a hard time hating. Their fans are some of the coolest and most knowledgeable I've met. And they sure know how to BBQ.

Like I said before. Personal satisfaction trumps logic here. Screw the Raiduhs and the Chiefs. You are right, of course, but I'm wearing my heart on my shirt sleeve. I never root for Les Batards d'Oakland.

    from ESPN

DENVER -- Officially, the AFC West race is not over.

The last month has showed us anything can happen.

But the firm grip Denver seemed to have on the division a month ago is gone and San Diego is now in control.

The Chargers are 7-3 and have won five straight games. Denver is now 6-4 after losing four straight games and stumbling after a 6-0 start.

It’s incredible to think that Denver was up 3.5 games after it beat San Diego 34-23 on "Monday Night Football" on Oct. 19.

Since then, the Chargers have caught fire and become the complete team everyone expected them to be. Since then, Denver has fallen apart and become the tattered mess everyone expected them to be.

The Chargers completely controlled Denver on Sunday. It was no contest.

There is still six games remaining in the season. A lot can happen. But the Chargers appear to be the better team.

Actually I was thinking of Hester as the blocking back and Tolbert as the running back. That was the combination that was working well.

I wasn't rooting or the Raiders, I was just rooting against the Bengals.

Chargers win out = bye week. (Game against Cincy on December 20th....which I'll be at.)

Very workmanlike performance today. The team really showed how much progress we have made since the season began. LT is really getting going at the right time. It was great work the team running the ball like that. Great win, and best of all little Joshie was humbled. :abq2:
