The funny part was that one of the commentators said that it was a good play because the LB drifted over toward that play. When they showed a different angle the LB was no where near. That was all on Rivers being too hyped up in my mind.:icon_huh:

But the good part is, when he overthrows the WR's by 10 feet, he doesnt throw an interception. And I'll take those all day long.

If I am correct, that INT was when the Linebacker stepped right in front of the receiver. right?

Yeah, so I guess he should have just thrown it ten yards over his head instead of an almost pick six. That would have been better.

See, when he threw the Ball 10 yards over the head's, at least all he got was an incomplete.

A reminder to the weak minded ones that Clinton Hart EARNED the starters job in pre-season despite the guarantees otherwise. Oh yeah guarantees he would not start.

It is nice to watch them choke on my boys play and they can not do a damn thing about it other than cry like little biitches.

Football is a good vindicator to the Nth degree !!!!!!

I guess it's a glass half empty vs. half full situation. When someone plays bad in preseason people say it doesn't matter....it's only preseason. I know I know it was a position up for grabs.

At one point Rivers was 13 for 13. Defenses seem to by keying on LT and Gates, and LT has less space to work with when they stack the box. So it comes down to getting the ball to LT, Gates and the WR's in space until the other teams loosen up. We should be throwing the ball until the other side adjusts and spreads out of the box. The coaches on this team can't seem to think out of the box, so too hell with balance on offense if there is no balance on the defenses we face. Take what they give us and they were giving us Gates and VJ and other receivers all the time. It may always be a good idea to get the ball into LT's hands, but in the present situation he should sit in the slot or run naked patters out of the backfield. Use LT as the lone back with four receivers. Empty the backfield with LT in the slot and four receivers. The one reason that I was willing to be patient with Norval is that I figured he would be flexible enough to do this, but so far he's moving in that direction in the tiniest of increments and soon it may be too late.

    this, is good shiit

    bottom line

we are back to being to fugging predictable on offense

    FUK!!!!

I said this last year after the playoffs!!!

IF I KNOW WHAT THEIR GOING TO DO ON OFFENSE THEN I'M THINKIN THE DUDES THAT GET PAID A SHIIT LOAD OF MONEY TO FIGURE THAT SHIIT OUT KNOW WHAT THEIR GONNA DO!!!!!!!

You know, not every play he doesnt execute is due to being overhyper. I dont know why you guys decide suddenly this year he is too hyper for his own good. Every QB overthrows his target.

McNabb has done it alot this year and he isnt hyperactive. Drew has had two bad games this year . Do you think it is because HE is hyperactive or just that he made some bad throws?

You guys need to give that hyper excuse a rest.

Yeah, Rivers is too hyper and it didnt serve him well in college while he was the MVP of 4 bowl games or being named to the probowl last year :rolleyes2:

That's okay ..... tonight that Arena League scrub deserves to get called out. I find it absolutely amazing that anyone would defend him.

There is a long "suckage" list .... Hart and McCree are occupying my top spots.

pass rush is the issue, i still think our defense did fine considering the lack of PR
