    I do not understand it.

I am a Coach on my youngest Son's Little League team, I would of taken the Manager spot, but I am working way to much so I do not have the availability.

Any ways. On Feb 1st, they gave us our Roster. On Feb 24th is opening day. We have 11 kids that have never even been on a Baseball field, and with only 6 practices, we are supposed to have them game ready?

At least they know to run to first and not third!

Now if we can just get them out of fighting for groundballs in the infield while we take infield practice.

    Hitting is another subject.

    TBall is the best.

No one wins, and no one losses, every game ends in a tie.

The only hard thing is keeping the kids from digging in the dirt, and trying to find someone to buy the Pizza at the end of the game.

11 Kids, all first year. The very first practice was special. It was a Kodak momment. Those kids will do anything we tell them, The way it should be.

    I only have 3 Rules

    #1 Hustle

    #2 have fun

#3 never take your eye off the ball.

Out here, they keep score and they actually have standings. Just tell them your not a babysitter and you coach tball. That should get them playing a bit more. I coached a bronco team and it was hell. We managed to win 1 game all season. But only because other teams were stacked from the year before.

That would be our Jr. Caps level. Right now it is very basic baseball.

Trying to stop the 2nd baseman from getting the ball in Centerfield, telling the firstbaseman to stay at first and not go to shortstop.

    You know basic baseball.

    Here is basic Baseball.

At the very first practice. I went around and showed them everything on the field.

I then asked them where is the Dugout?

I am pointing to the visitors dugout, look where everyone else is pointing.
