Plummer traded to the Bucs, NOT!!

This is the link before the trade. Good thing about Denver is that Plummer commands a hefty salary for the next 3 years, 4-5 mil each. Now they can get some more cap money. Look like Shanni is making a serious push.

    Edit: See post #10

Wild, I was under the impression he was headed to the Texans. I wonder if this means Carr might be back for another year.

The Chiefs are sticking with Haurd, and Broncos with Cutler. Anything Raiders get is better than Brooks.

All I say is that the Chargers are better not be caught off guard.

    im so suprised at this...

i figured that Jakey would have reunited with his ex-offensive coordinator down in Houston and that Jeff Garcia would be in TB. Now with this in the mix...you can count on Oaktown to pick up Jeff Garcia for sure.

I wonder if this screws up the draft a bit now. Im sure Oakland will still draft Russell, but it makes me wonder...if they pick up Garcia, will they will try to land Calvin Johnson. I mean, think about it...Moss will be gone before draft day...and you need to get a good reciever to replace him. Garcia needs someone to throw at.

Garcia will be a big disappointment to the Raiders
he was successful in philly because it was the same system he cran in SF with the same coordinator. Oakland runs nothing of hte sort
And I imagine at this rate its

    1. Oak - Russell
    2. Det - Quinn
    3. Cle - Peterson
    4. TB - Johnson
    5. Ariz - Thomas

Plummer traded to the Bucs, Not!!

NFL Network just said that he announced retirement, so the trade is nullified.

Jake the Snake has the last laugh. :)

if he does "retire" does he have to wait the extent of his contract to unretire and become a FA?

I wonder if Plummer retiring has an adverse effect on the Donkos salary cap.

I believe it's up to the donks, they could just release his rights or retain them.
