Bolded look promising. I don't know anything about Bevell or Bradley, but their units are playing absurdly well, especially when compared to recent seasons.

Hey Ikeman 83. Yeah, both sides of Seattle are playing ridiculously well right now.
I wonder if Jack Del Rio could do for us now, what John Fox has done for Denver.

only ones I'd consider off that list, although I don't think Bradley is head coach material.

I don't know anything about Bradley. Out of curiosity, why do you say he isn't head coach material?

What's that? Convince some hall of fame free agent quarterback to take over the team?

Fox had that team turned around already in 2011. Manning just took them from a Cordell Stewart era Pittsburgh team to the 2004/5 Patriots.

He improved them some, but who knows if they would have taken the next step up from a mediocre 8-8 team to an actual good team without Manning falling into their laps.

We'll never really know, I guess.

I will hand it to him that the defense has been very good.

You will get no argument from me that Manning has had a huge impact on that team.

Knowing Dean (which I don't, or at least according to conventional thoughts from the local media), he likes what we have in place for the most part. He's also afraid to make major changes.

That's why Jimmy Raye will most likely be promoted, and why Dean would like to retain Pagano and Bisaccia. They've both performed well for the most part. I would expect him to hire an offensive HC, since that's what we're losing with Norv's departure, and what needs the most retooling. A hot NFL OC prospect would be the most likely candidate.

I hate to admit it (because I quickly tire of all the media slobbering), but Manning seems to have made a huge difference in Denver. I don't have the links, so you'll have to take my word for it, but I remember reading two separate articles at the beginning of the season quoting both WR's and OL regarding Payton's level of expectation, work ethic and intensity such as they'd never experienced before. These guys said they were "afraid" to let him down.

I have a hunch Bisaccia is going to get a better offer from a college team or maybe an NFL team willing to gamble on him as HC.

It's possible, but there aren't many special teams coaches that leap to the head coaching ranks..... with a few notable exceptions.

Maybe, Dean will even give him a look? ;)

Would love to see Arians here. But he's insanely loyal to Indy & Pagano.

They were turned around with an 8-8 record in 2011?

The only thing Fox turned around was the defense...... the offense was still terrible. It took Manning to fix that.

Doesn't every coach makeover the team in their own image? ;)

Hypothetically, if Arians is so loyal to Indy & Pagano that he's really not all that interested in pursuing HC jobs elsewhere, the fact that we have John Pagano as a DC might make us the only team he'd consider.
