Yeah... I thought Thomas would have made it. He might not last long on the PS. He has Polk too, wonder who goes when Coop comes back?. I thought Applewhite might have made it esp with #56 a bit of a doubt.

I would keep Applewhite over Polk. He can't seem to stay healthy.

I think Applewhite over Polk. He has shown he can play well with his tackle for a loss at the rb, showing his good vision, and his special teams play. Applewhite is always one of the first people down there and near the ball.

This all from a guy who is a converted DE who left a year early from college.

Also Withrow is going to be gone.

We have Hardwick and Newbery. Scott M can fill in as center. We don't need 3 centers.

Lorenzo Neal is 5'11 255. Tolbert is 5'9 245. I'm not saying Tolbert can block like Neal can, but he definitely has the talent and potential to be on Neal's level, and can catch also. He's on the team, even if it means we drop Pinnock.

I agree. Polk served well here, but we got what we needed from him and it's time to move on.

My only problem with Acee's article was this:
From what I saw tonight, Pape had a hard time dealing with pass rushers on the left side against a scrub SF defensive line. I can't imagine having to use him against a real pass rusher.

Tolbert is on this team no doubt about it. He can rush, recieve, and block like an elite FB so he should, by all means be on this team.
