USA Today has NE at #1, Bolts at #2. Don't have a link - it's in their Sports Weekly.

Well hopefully we can turn this offseason around and get back up there in the rankings before the season starts. We need to turn this sucker around.

I can't believe the Texans aren't last... They have put in the time there, they should stay.

Agreed Sorry but the Texans are worst than the Raiders and the Browns. The Browns had a lot better offseason signings then the Texans and they move down a place.. The Raiders get a better QB and more help and they stay there.. However the Bears lose a few good players, only sign on good TE, and some of their best players don't want to play for them and they stay the same. The Bears are worst off then they were last year.

Meh........Merriman kills someone in a roids induced rage....rivers gets intercepted 5 times by Hobbs (you know, the sorriest corner in the league) Al Davis takes over for Turner in mid season (they have the same amount of wins don't they?) and McCardell breaks a hip

I think thats more likely then what your thinking buddy

Lets go over this point by point:

Merriman tested positive for a banned substance, not a traditionally considered Roid (it doesn't make you overly aggressive) and this only one time out of about 13 plus times. Too bad that 13 plus times is more than the Pats have even had to take the test.

Hobbs doesn't have 5 interceptions total, what makes you think he can do that against Rivers who had one of the lowest interception rates. He had 2 total last year, besides isn't he your 3rd string CB he has crappy defensive stats and I haven't seen him much in games.

McCardell doesn't play for the Chargers anymore.

Now on to Stalworth and Moss

-Stalworth is extremely injury prone he has been injured every single year. He has been out multiple years, and there has been little evidence to show that he has fixed the problem. Right now I believe he has a good chance of re injuring himself. Even then he iisn't going to be playing like he has 2-3 years ago, when he was not injured.

-Moss, everywhere he has been he was cancer. He has is selfish and has a horrible attitude. Every coach he played for has bad mouthed him, his teamates bad mouth him. Hell the only person that says he still has it is himself and SOME of the sports announcers (who have done so only when learning he will play for the Pats). So lets pretend that someone his personality is changed, you still have an aging player who is afraid to take the big hit and hasnt played at a top level for 3-4 years. Think of Rice, who is a lot better than Moss, and his last two years. He didn't make much of a difference and got cut. I doubt Randy will do as well.

In conclusion Madden 2008 is coming out soon, until then leave your "football knowledge" to playing Madden 2007.

Moss is going to have to fight to make the Patriot roster if all the other receivers stay healthy. I doubt he'll be in top shape for camp, he'll shy away from the middle and bail out of routes once he starts getting whacked and what are the odds he'll wet his pants when it's time to start running routes against the Chargers if he is on the roster? The guys that put him down the last time are licking their chops over getting another shot at him, especially in his new uni.
