Here's my predictions for the next season.

    RegularSeason-16 wins 0 losses
    Post Season-3 wins 0 losses

    Players:Philip Rivers=Passing yards-5085, Yards, passing TDs-51
    Ryan Matthews=Rushing yards-2106, rushing TDs-29
    Vincenct Jackson=Receptions-144, Receiving yards-1849, Receiving TDs-24
Antoine Cason=Long punt return-104 yards, Punt return TDs-5
    Quentin Hands of Steel Jammer=Interceptions-15

I predict that thousands of fans say goodbye to the NFL if there is a lockout!!!!

AND there will be too much damage incurred and they will not return!

I think you are right, thousands of fans will stop supporting the league. But the league is fortunae enough to have millions of fans, so loosing a couple thousand will not have a huge affect

If others are anything like me, their lack of enthusiasm for baseball comes from the fact that it is a broken mess, and the players union will never let it get fixed. There really are only like 7 or 8 teams still left in baseball, everyone else is a farm team for those teams. Yeah, every once in awhile one of the little guys will have everything go right for them and have a shot, but the rest of the time it will be the Yankees, Red Sox, Phillies, Angels, and a few others. The Padres will never win, ever.

If it wasn't for my annual Spring Training trip with friends and fantasy baseball, I would have probably already given up on the sport.

It isn't just the union, many of the teams don't want a cap either. A cap would come with a floor, and teams like Pitt and Florida wouldn't want the league mandating that they double or triple their salaries.

I honestly think another problem with Baseball is that the league is WAY too long. If it was cut to about 120 games and teams only played 3 times a week instead of 6-7, people would pay more attention knowing that each game means more.

go watch a high school game, pony, or little league game. I am on the field for at least 100 games a year either as a coach or an umpire. I love the game.
