Just a heads up - right now the weather forcast for Sunday shows rain, only a 40% chance right now but for those going to the game - something to prepare for.

Shouldn't be enough for this again:

Maybe we will score first, then lighting will be seen flashing across the sky and they call the game declaring the Chargers the winners.... :roflmao:

That was last Decemeber when they were scrambling to get ready for the Holiday Bowl.

Actually, it was the Pointsettia Bowl. My Aztecs played in that game. And ESPN had a time lapse video of how they went from flooded to actually playing.

As long as our toilet unit is dry, and the Irish car bombs are a'pourin, no raindrops are going to bother me. I just have to break out the combat tested waterproof face paint...

Normally I wouldn't want rain on our offense, but in this case it may actually be an ally and even the field a little with hobbling receivers and PR not looking 100% (for whatever reason)...I wouldn't have to want to have to wrap up Bowlbert all day in the mud.

Probably not considering there is a 100% chance of rain and thunderstorms.

There is also a canned food drive at the Q this Sunday:

Fans attending Sunday’s game between the Chargers and Green Bay Packers are encouraged to bring non-perishable food and join the Chargers in helping San Diegans in need. The food collected will help families stricken by the economic crisis and help shore up the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank’s dangerously low food supply during the holiday season.

The parking lot gates open at 9 a.m. and entrance gates open at 11:30 am. Red bins will be positioned at all stadium entrances. The most needed items are canned meats, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, soup and cereal.

The fan who brings in the most food will receive a Philip Rivers autographed football.

For more information, call Chris Carter of the San Diego Food Bank at 619-857-2314.

Is Sunday's game also where the Bolts wear their powder blues?

Ahhh, you guys are weenies!!! Here in Oregon's Willamette Valley, we hold high-school graduations outdoors in the middle of a downpour with thunder, lightning, and wind gusts up to 60 MPH, and the prospect of barbecuing 5000 guests and 400 graduating seniors isn't even a blip on the school administration's radar screen. Tarps, indeed......we don't even use umbrellas, haha!!

Given the Packs inability to stop the run, this actually favors the Chargers I would think.

^ I concur with the previous two statements, and the weather report has been verified by some of the local news stations as well. Prepare to see a messy game, mud-wise...

If anything, wearing a poncho helps to keep one warm as the temperature at kick-off is expected to be 61 degrees.
