I'll be watching late tonight (for the first bit at least), pour some cerveza out for your brother stuck in Eagle land.

Guys I'll be keeping an eye on

Fluker/Barksdale: Good first test for this run blocking duo, want to really see how Fluker is coming along (expect some growing pains)
Jerry Attaochu: This is a hell of a first test but when healthy he can be a game changer
Brandon Oliver: He's basically keeping D Brown away but that doesn't mean another UDFA can't take his spot
Ryan Carrethuers: Likely to run with the first team, how will he do?
Dontrelle Inman: He's having a good camp but isn't locked in at #5 WR
Darius Philon/Kyle Emmanuel: The two late round picks are having a hell of a camp, can't wait to see them in action

The first team offense, OL and Melvin Gordon. It's be really nice to have the ability for play action pass.

I found a short video online of Rivers speaking about the OL (can't recall where it was now), but Rivers' discussion made it clear that you were right that it's going to be Fluker at RG and Barksdale at RT--YES!!!!!!!!

If Carrethers starts over a healthy Lissemore, those two things would make it a good week for Chargers football as far as I am concerned.

I am also eager to see Attaochu, Philon and Emanuel. And, maybe if we're lucky, we might just get a series or two from some guy named Gordon. I heard he's on our team now. I kind of want to see what he has for us. I want to see Perryman hit someone as well.

I am near Dallas, so I am not sure if the CBS showing of the game will be with national, more neutral and familiar CBS announcers, or if it will be with local bubbas that are focusing on the Cowboys and not so much on the Chargers, which would generally suck. If so, I sure hope we get our guys doing the game on NFLN tonight.

Well, those of you who live in SD County and have DirecTV may not be able to watch the game:

The same thing happened last week with Dish Network customers. As far as I know, Dish didn't lose the channel.

    Yes! BUT...
If you have DirecTV, you won't be able to view it on NFL network either as Channel 8 has exclusive local rights for the game. Doesn't matter if DirecTV isn't carrying channel 8 or not. Sounds ridiculous, but that's the way it works.

I'm East Coast But I think I saw somewhere that NFLN picking it up 1030 pm 730 (West Coast) which would mean we miss the first few drives if the game starts exactly at 10 (7 Pacific). So if we arent lucky enough to catch the start of our game, we will be stuck watching the last 10 mins or so of the Packers and Cheaters.

The LB corp. Particularly the heavy hitters - Perryman and Attouchu.
    The O-line run blocking.
Ladarius Green and Tyrell Williams. Do they have what it takes?

Can't wait to see - Keenan Allen in the slot, JJ returning kicks/punts

Go to BestBuy, buy a 30 dollar HD antenna and you're set

I live in Tijuana, there's no cable where I live and satellite TV doesn't show local San Diego channels, only national (mexican) TV, I bought a long range HD antenna ($120) and it works great

Somehow each of the last two years I've managed to forget that John Pagano doesn't have the word "blitz" in his preseason vocabulary until the 4th quarter.

Patrick Robinson being smart and not going for the "Oh We've seen this before" type of fumble recovery.

Watt got downfield in a hurry on that draw... which just kind of illustrates how dense Dallas' defenders must be. If the center is out working to get to the 2nd level that quickly, it's pretty obviously a draw or bubble-screen.

Looked like a solid pass sell by Watt. The LB took a bad step, and Watt jumped into the lane.

Yeah, they can run when the other team is thinking pass, but not when the other team is thinking run so far.

You don't waste a roster spot on a guy purely as a kickoff specialist. But depending on how accurate his FG's are, he could threaten Novak's spot.

But we are going to "redshirt" Mager? I would rather have kickoffs out of the end zone. It makes a huge difference.
