    Week 11 - Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006
New England Patriots 35, Green Bay Packers 0
A Patriots: They weren't going to lose three straight. Tom Brady carved up the Packers before sitting down late. The defense totally shut down the Packers.
D Packers: It was a bad day for this young team. The offense did nothing and the defense offered little resistance. It's a reminder that they have a long way to go.

Pittsburgh Steelers 24, Cleveland Browns 20
B Steelers: After a shaky start, Ben Roethlisberger came alive in the fourth quarter. He was outstanding. But the Steelers still aren't playing well.
C+ Browns: The pass defense in the fourth quarter cost them the upset. They started strong with three picks in the first half, including one for a touchdown, but it meant nothing in the end.

St. Louis Rams 0, Carolina Panthers 15
B Panthers: Anytime you can shut out the Rams, it's a big deal. The defense had a heck of a day. The offense still isn't clicking.
D- Rams: They couldn't generate anything on offense, which is a shock for this group. The defense was gashed by the run.

Atlanta Falcons 10, Baltimore Ravens 24
B Ravens: This was won on the legs of return man B.J. Sams. He set up the offense. The defense did a nice job in the second half.
D Falcons: What the heck happened to the special teams? Michael Vick had another tough day throwing the football. That's not going to win many games.

Washington Redskins 17, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20
B Buccaneers: Carnell Williams finally got untracked, rushing for 122 yards. The defense did a nice job shutting down the Redskins running game.
C- Redskins: Jason Campbell was solid in his first NFL start, throwing two touchdown passes. It's tough going without a running game. The run defense failed as well.

Tennessee Titans 31, Philadelphia Eagles 13
A+ Titans: Travis Henry continues to run the ball well. The young defense had a good day, so give props to Jim Schwartz and that coaching staff. This is a really good road victory.
F Eagles: Even with Donovan McNabb hurt, they still shouldn't lose this game at home. The defense was gashed by the run.

Chicago Bears 10, NY Jets 0
B Bears: It wasn't pretty, but when you're on the road two weeks in a row and win both of them, it's a good thing. The defense had another good day.
C- Jets: They couldn't generate any offense and that won't win you a lot of games. The defense did its part. Chad Pennington had a rough day.

Cincinnati Bengals 31, New Orleans Saints 16
A Bengals: This is a huge win for the Bengals. Carson Palmer to Chad Johnson just killed the Saints. The defense gave up a ton of yards, but made plays when needed and scored a touchdown.
C- Saints: For the second consecutive week, the pass defense was awful. They won't make the playoffs getting torched like that. Drew Brees had 510 yards passing, but threw two end-zone interceptions.

Minnesota Vikings 20, Miami Dolphins 24
B Dolphins: The defense wins this game with two turnovers for touchdowns in the fourth quarter. The Dolphins couldn't run the ball, but Joey Harrington had a decent day.
D Vikings: Their season has really gone bad. You won't win a lot of games turning it over for touchdowns.

Oakland Raiders 13, Kansas City Chiefs 17
C+ Chiefs: If the Chiefs hadn't pulled this one out, Herm Edwards would have taken some heat for playing Trent Green. The defense saved the day with the late interception. Larry Johnson had a big day.
C- Raiders: The run defense really hurt them. But they played better than many expected. At least they're still fighting.

Buffalo Bills 24, Houston Texans 21
B Bills: That was an impressive game for J.P. Losman. That drive to win it might be the thing that takes his game up a level. Lee Evans had an explosive day catching the football.
C- Texans: That will be a tough one to take. The defense was awful against the pass. David Carr continues to grow up and his completing 22 consecutive passes is a major statement for his game.

    Seattle Seahawks 14, San Francisco 49ers 20
A 49ers: Frank Gore had another huge day with 212 rushing yards. He's the real deal. The defense did a nice job limiting Shaun Alexander in his first game back.
C Seahawks: The run defense let them down and now they're in a division race. They need Matt Hasselbeck in the worst way.

Detroit Lions 10, Arizona Cardinals 17
B Cardinals: Edgerrin James finally had a decent game for the Cardinals, and was big in grinding out the clock at the end. Matt Leinart bounced back with a solid day.
D Lions: They didn't get it into the end zone until late, and that's not good enough. The defense let a bad offense move the football.

Indianapolis Colts 14, Dallas Cowboys 21
A Cowboys: They forced four turnovers, ran the ball well and Tony Romo had a nice fourth quarter. This is a good football team.
B Colts: They turned it over four times, including twice in the red zone, yet still had a chance. That's the sign of a good team. Now they can forget all that talk about going undefeated and concentrate on the postseason.

San Diego Chargers 35, Denver Broncos 27
A Chargers: Going on the road and rallying from 17 down for the second consecutive week is impressive. LaDainian Tomlinson is amazing.
C- Broncos: So much for the dominance of that defense. They were chewed to shreds. The offense didn't do enough either.
