I can't stand the Steak... He painted himself in the corner on ESPN once, when Reggie Bush was still at USC, citing "he comes out right now, he is the best player in the NFL, RIGHT NOW!!" Of course, the other commentators busted his nuts... He would not back down, what an idiot...

We are gonna stomp the Faders! :abq2:

This is what I found on ESPN injuries ..

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/injuries

    LaMont Jordan Questionable Oct. 12
Comment: Jordan, who has had trouble making it through practice this week, has received a pain-killing shot in his back, the San Jose Mercury News reports. "This is the worst it's been in years," Jordan said of his troublesome back Thursday. "I really can't remember it feeling that bad, as it did in the Miami game, but it's getting better. I'm not going to say I'm 100 percent or anything like that."

    He is still questionable.

And even on a further side note, he will go against us 5 years from now.

Actually he picked both teams again. I'm assuming you're talking about NFL Live. He started with I like the Raiders but on the bottom it showed he picked the Chargers and at the end he finished with the Chargers will win at home. So he's now flip flopping in the middle of a segment.

I had the TV on in the other room, but I could hear it. I just heard him say he picked the Raiders to win, but not sure which show it was. Doesn't surprise me that he picked both teams though.

I think somewhere he chose the Raiders, when it was regarding the spread, but picked the Chargers to actually win.

So, he says San Diego will win, but not by 9.5

I just saw this where Jordan is listed as questionable.

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/injuries?team=oak

It was John Clayton on ESPN that said Lamont Jordan would be out of this game.

Did Clayton get some info from today's Raiders practice?

This mornings article left Jordan's status up in the air.

Jordan hopeful, but it doesn't look good SJ Mercury News

I really don't think the outcome would be any different even if all these guys make it into the lineup. It's written in stone...

    Friday's injury report is out.

Warren out. Burgess and Jordan listed as doubtful.

    Looking likely then
I don't know if Rhodes is at full speed by being allowed to practice and whatnot with the team - he's a power back but not nearly as powerful as one Michael Turner. Basically you just gotta keep in mind on defense - Rhodes is a power "charge at cha" running back and Fargas is a slasher

MeShawn has picked against the Chargers every week. He's still pissed because AJ told him to shove it up his *** and we didn't need his washed up USC Condom schtick in San Diego.

    Hey guys remember this

Last year's game in San Diego still rankles the Raiders. With Oakland leading 14-7 with about 12 minutes left, the Chargers converted a fourth-and-2 from the Raiders 40 with a 13-yard pass to Vincent Jackson.
Jackson rolled to the ground untouched, then stood up and spun the ball forward in celebration. Oakland's Fabian Washington
jumped on the ball for what appeared to be a gift fumble.
The referee originally signaled Oakland's possession and the Raiders' offense came on the field. But after the officials huddled, the play was eventually ruled an illegal forward pass and the Chargers were penalized 5 yards. They still gained enough for a first down and San Diego tied the game five plays later, then went on to win. "We didn't struggle last year. We got robbed last year," Porter said.

On NFL Live, he said Raiders at the beginning of the segment, but was talking up the Chargers, and finished with "Chargers to win at home." I think he just screwed up when he said Raiders, unless he said it somewhere else.
