Ray Lewis says Brady's injuries are a set up

I've been saying this for years, that the Brady injuries are only let on at certain times, and it's fake at times. They are probably the most dishonest team with injuries on a regular basis.

Although I would not be surprised if it were true, the only source I trust less than Ray Lewis about a claim concerning Brady is Joey Porter.

He never liked Brady or anybody associated with the Patriots, and has made no bones about it over the years.

 

Really. I'd be more than happy to read whatever you have to substantiate that claim.

Is the Patriot bee getting under your jock? Why worry...the Patriots are limping...your boys have won a whole lot of consecutive games....not to worry.

Nothing to do with us, just stating my opinion I've had for years about the Pats and their so called injury report with "fake" injuries, or not letting on about injuries. It's been talked about before (perhaps not in NE where they sweep things under the rug).

How about Moss only talking to the media, when he wants to, and they FORCE others to do so. Patriots dance around the rule book in so many ways.

This remark, or opinion, or thread has nothing to do with any Chargers playoff game. I'm just agreeing with Ray Lewis' remarks, since it's been pointed out before.

I can't wait for Lewis to knock him on his ***. Penalty or not, I think he gets hit hard.

 

The pats are probably going to throw all over that sorry Ravens secondary. So RayRay will have to take his revenge out on Welker's replacement (Edelmann) most likely.

 

If I'm not mistaken, the Patriots continue to meet the League's injury report requirements.

Why should they do any more than they have to? To keep you happy? To help an opponent?

 

Injury reports in the NFL should all be taken with a grain of salt.

RE: The Pats/Brady, my question is this... if Brady has had cracked ribs for weeks, why is it only showing up in the injury reports NOW. He's been on the list but only with a shoulder. Isn't that non-reporting what got the Jets fined post-Favre?

Brady always shows up on the injury report as probable because he gets an extra day off of practice. They have to report who is at practice and who isn't, that's why whenever a guy skips practice because he's visiting a sick relative it's always in the paper not because we as fans are really concerned about the health of his extended family, but because all that stuff has to be reported to the league. That's why you'll see a guy that misses practice for personal reasons in the injury report.


Of all the shady things that Pats do, there isn't anything behind Brady always coming up in the injury report another than Bellichik feels he's earned a recurring extra day off during the week and telling the league he's resting his throwing shoulder.

 

Tom Brady has had the same shoulder injury for the past 27 years.

NFL injury reports, esp. the Pats, are silly anyways.

But being an ACTUAL Patriot myself (Desert Storm veteran), I can tell you that real patriots do not ever cheat to win, are not unsportsmanlike as your coach and QB are, and don't take what is not theirs. I feel that your team needs to change the mascot in a BIG way and resent how your team presents themselves, while calling themselves patriots.

Numerous sources around the league have been reporting for years that the Pats are more dishonest in injury reporting than other teams. I for one don't see this as a negative. You look for every competitive advantage you can get, so why not mislead with your injury report? I think most teams do it, but the Pats just take it to a different level. Not sure why you're so perturbed by the widely held opinion that the Pats lie on their injury report.
