At first I thought that list HAD to be old but the rest of the positional rankings make sense(for the most part).

These RB rankings just seem way out of left field to me.:icon_shrug:

Their rankings are a bit surprising, particularly considering that Michael Lombardi is involved with this site. He's a guy whose opinion I usually value - don't know how much he had to do with these rankings, though.

I'm still liking the value in Joique Bell.

What a bullshit list, the second you put the consensus #1 RB behind a guy who can't take 3 steps without getting injured (Best) you need to rethink your forumla.

On one end you have him saying "this guy has skinny calves" on the other you have him blowing smoke about Jahvid Best...:icon_huh:

I don't agree with that list at all. Here's my list:

    1. Jahvid Best
    2. Ryan Mathews
    3. C.J. Spiller
    4. Toby Gerhart
    5. Jonathan Dwyer

In my opinion, every single one of these guys is a complimentary back. Nobody can carry the load. Ryan Mathews is the closest thing to a complete RB in this draft. Needless to say, there's no LT.

Joique will have great draft value. He didn't run fast at the combine but he is a pretty decent RB and could probably succeed in the NFL. I'm guessing a 6th round pick

Lmao!! That has to be a joke right?

You have Best and Matthews above Spiller?

This post lost any credibility the moment I read that. No offense, since most everyone on this site thinks that the 40 time #'s are the primary indicator of how good a player is, CJ Spiller should have no problem being the overall #1 back. He ran a 4.28. Pretty sure that silenced any doubt that he will be the first RB taken.

    My top 5...
    1. Spiller
    2. Mathews
    3. Hardesty
    4. Best
    5. Gerhart

Gerhart and Blount are actually tied at 5 for me, but I give the nod to Gerhart for obvious character reasons.

He ran in the same range as Moreno did last year & was among the leaders in 20 shuttle, 60 shuttle, & broad jump - good indications of agility & explosion.

He could drop to the 6th because of the glut of middle of the pack RB's & the knock that many give him for coming out of a small DivII school. I had him mocked with our 5th but actually wonder if he'll last beyond the 4th. The small school kids' draft position is much harder to predict. Coker from Hampton may well run faster than Spiller or Best, but he'll likely draft in the 7th or go UDFA.

BTW - I hope to attend William & Mary's Pro Day next week as it's near my mom. Hampton will also be there - I want to watch Coker run his drills, especially his 40. If I can get in, I'll share any pics/vids/info that I get.

What about McNeil? Aren't him, Mason, and Sproles enough little RBs for a team to have?

Oh your right, I combed the UDFA list for his name and couldn't find it.

Can't say I'm surprised it was the Bengals.

Sounds more like a male escort description than anything that has to do with football.
