I posted somewhere else, but we'd be 3-1 with ANY of the top coaching candidates that were on our radar. (Singletary, Mora Jr, Rex Ryan, Ron Rivera).

As well as with Marty. Even with his Aunt Madge as DC.

    1-3.

Consider the Schott heard round the world would have been a family ring around our ***.

Everybody named Schottenheimer would be a coach and Marty would be putting wood to AJ in a losing cause to collect a buck (while making a several points) and collecting a huge severance package. A Win-Win for Marty's bank account and the team? Pffft.

This team would have sucked *** with the coaches Marty was going to bring on staff as hard as what we are seeing today.

I really wish we hired Rex Ryan.

Not having Marty is a minor part of the problem.

Marty may have been able to save the Green Bay and KC game by keeping the players focused.

But the O line, the pass rush and Rivers are not playing up to last years standards. Is it all because of the coaching?

Amen! I can't believe all the revisionist Marty history. Dude did a great job while he was here, but most people wanted him gone after the Jets loss, and again after the Patriots loss. HE orchestrated his own dismissal, he didn't want to be here.

1-3 people. Remember the meltdown... never forget. Marty was the man at the helm, was he not? :icon_shrug:

2-2. I don't think we beat Green Bay, but we would have taken care of business at home against an inferior team IMO.

We could go 16-0 with Marty and it wouldn't matter. We would still go 0-1 in January.

SIX STRAIGHT PLAYOFF LOSSES. THREE OF THOSE LOSSES WERE AS THE #1 SEED.

People that wish we had Marty are missing the point of football, which is winning championships.
