<img src="http://bolttalk.com/images/caldwell04.jpg" class="left" alt="Reche Caldwell" />The Qualcomm Stadium big screen showed highlight clips of Lance Alworth's career throughout Sunday afternoon on a day the Chargers honored their Hall-of-Fame wide receiver by retiring his No. 19 jersey at halftime.

And on the field throughout the Chargers' game against the Buffalo Bills, San Diego's wide receivers honored Alworth with their best imitations of the fleet-footed receiver called Bambi for his leaping catches and runs after the reception.

"It was very motivating," said wide receiver Reche Caldwell of Alworth's day. "He got honored, so we wanted to play well. We did a good job of making plays when our number was called and (quarterback) Drew (Brees) did a good job of making throws to us."</blockquote>
