He held onto that hair like there was no tomorrow...

It's been downhill ever since Week 1 for these chumps.

I think they used up all the steam they had for the season in the home opener.

I thought the hair was considered part of the players equipment? If that is the case, isn't this just like pulling the guys jersey from a rules perspective?

You can tackle the ballcarrier by the hair. That's it. The guy Seymour pulled down wasn't the ballcarrier.

Think Seymour was like that earlier as far as being dirty was concerned

He's still pretty dominating on the field

Yes, but now the NFL wants to make a new rule to amend the "Ricky Williams Rule" that makes players with long hair tuck it into their helmet or uniform; as long as it doesn't cover their name on the back.

This is stupid, if a player knows not to grab by facemask, they can avoid grabbing hair. And if we keep it legal, i think it should be legal for all, not just for the ball carrier.

Anymore techicalities and we'll start cheering on our favorite flag football team!

You're allowed to tackle the ball carrier by the hair... but not yank on an opponent's hair just for hell of it. :icon_huh:

Holding the guy head down would draw the flag no matter what he was grabbing; the play was way over! He went to the dark side quick...probably because it was a short ride for him.
