Henry is a thuggish POS, but for some reason that seems to be the type of player that you gravitate towards.:icon_shrug:

I actually had us picking him in the 2nd round that year instead of VJ.
Hopefully VJ comes thru this year.

Props to you bro. I remember this post. After the denver game, Philip was being skewerd for happy feet, deer in the headlights look, and whatever else.

You came out with this post and went completely against what was being posted at the time. :icon_banana:

Haven't the last 4 Super Bowl winners taught you anything about the importance of character types over immature, trouble-making talents?

Yup thanks initially I was a die hard Breesian but when everyone became Breesian being the rebel that I am I became a RiversRat, though I was thinking about going Flutopian or LemonLicker :icon_shrug:

I thought McNeils runblocking was weak. He really needs work . There were plenty of times he dint hit anybody, but his pass blocking i thought was very good.

Hey Trumpy...your boy underoath in the UT said in a thread he started that McNeils run blocking was gret and he could start right now for many teams......lol

    happy reading

    Underoaf is an idiot.

Reading his takes are like watching a turd ripen in the hot desert sun. It is basically a waste of time when others have so much more common fah-king football sense.

He has no clue on how to evaluate a player and is an embarassing read.

It is the fakery that is obvious with that dude so why bother is my take ........

Makes you wonder why LT21 and Forrest of all people would ask him to write on their behalf on AOL.

I do think he writes well but his player evaluations are terrible.

    Agreed 100%.

I especially expect a Vista High Grad to know his football given the tradition at that school (my alma mater).

I hate phonies and snake oil salesman.

There are way more posters with as I said "football common sense" than UnderOaf.

The people that are calling for McNeill to start either:

    1. Were drunk last night
    2. Don't know what they are looking at.
    3. Both

It's the "Anybody but Leander" syndrome.

The dude took the cake on a Shane Olivea video he was defending. He has no clue what a lock down tackles anthropomorphic parameters should be...as in, how big the mother fugger should be.

No, no no my good man! I said be excited, but do not judge the entire season from one preseason game. I still stand beside that, but WE CAN GET EXCITED! PR is looking good!

Crap..... I posted this in the other thread mistakenly.

underoath states his "supreme satisfaction" should be taken in context with McNeill's rookie status? Huh? He glowingly gave McNeill credit for stuff he didn't do, but we're supposed to put a "development" filter on underoath's ramblings?

    Moron.

I hear ya , and i understand but ive been saying for a LONG time that Philip is going to be beter than Drew and ill always stand by that. He just has too much physical upside and smarts not to be and i saw that in college.

I know it doesnt always work out for some QB's in the NFL but for some reason, to me he was smething special and i thought he was better than both Rothlisberger AND Eli and i stated that as well way back before we drafted him.

    We shall see
